DeGem's partnership with Lazare Diamond®, an international brand by securing sole distributorship in Malaysia, complements its wholesome offering to a wide clientele base.

Widest inventory range in Malaysia

It is the nature of the jewellery industry to keep sufficient diverse range of stock, either as raw material or finished goods to meet the customers' diverse demand. DeGem efficiently manages a wide inventory range, comprising amongst others, polished diamonds, gemstones, semi precious stones, platinum, gold and silver. The gemstones and precious stones are sourced from numerous cutters, mainly from Thailand, Sri Lanka and Germany of which DeGem has forged strong relationships with over the years to obtain quality supplies. This is essential to ensure DeGem always provide the widest range of fine jewellery to meet the needs of its customers.

Skilled craftsmanship

Skilled craftsmanship is basic necessity for successful and continuous production of unique and elegant design consistently. DeGem constantly keeps tab on the latest technology advancement and techniques employed for product quality improvement besides monitoring developing trends in the fashion markets of US, Europe and Japan through its two (2) design and distribution centres in Hong Kong, and active participation in trade fairs and exhibitions and investment in technical training for its production team.

Forward looking management team

The present management has successfully led DeGem to establish an outstanding presence in designing, manufacturing, distributing and retailing of diamond jewellery in the region. Being 1st generation founder, the management had steer the Group by calculated positioning and expansion to grow and excel since 1980s. Financial management is conservatively preserved by strong cash flow and inventories to support its own steady growth strategy.
